Im Fredrik af Forselles from Sweden. Ive been working professionally with sailing yachts for the last 7 years. Im right now skippering a 60 feet racing trimaran (Lakota) in Sweden, 9 month a year. Ive done two seasons in Southern Ocean/Antartica on a 70 feet aluminium ketch as First mate. I have also skippered lots of VO60 boats in northern Europe and charter/cruising yachts like Oyster 66 and Swan 51 yachts in Sweden. I have experince from all over the Mediterranean in a new Bavaria 42. I have done several crossings all over the Atlantic Ocean.

Teori:
- Shipss Officers Training, Class VIII - Including Sea-Time
- Master of Yachts 200T, Offshore
- S.T.C.W. basic safety training certificate

Sailing experience:
- Total sailing distance: about 60 000 nm (45 000 nm over 60 feet, 30 000 nm as skipper)
- Experience from sailing areas: Baltic sea, Nordic sea, Atlantic Ocean, Southern Ocean, Mediterranean & Caribbean.
- 14 month an 9 000 miles on different VO60.
- 25 month and 12 000 miles on a 60 feet trimaran.
- 8 month and 15 000 miles on a 65 feet Aluminium ketch in southern ocean/Atlantic ocean.

As a person I'm calm in all situations, takes responsibility, is social, serviceminded and honest. Some people have described me as "a person you can trust on, no bullshit!" I'm taking care of all property as it was my own, no matter if it's a boat I work on, a rented car, someones flat etc. Im not only a very experienced sailor, I have also built sailing yachts and the winter 06/07, I refitted a 60 feet trimaran. Changed engine, electric system, interior, paintwork and repaired old delaminations.
